As a full service, successful, growing staffing firm, our objective is a positive, long term match for you and the candidate.

You will work with a recruiter who knows your industry and can focus on the right candidate for the position you have available. Once a recruiter is assigned to you, you will work with that recruiter for all of your needs.

How we work with you:

• We interview each candidate to ensure a good long term fit.
• After the candidate passes our screening process and fits the education and experience you are looking for we present the resume to you.
• Every resume we present will have the US status, salary range, location preference and educational details, plus reasons why we think they are a good fit.
• After reviewing the candidate, you provide feedback to us and whether you would like to schedule an interview.
• We schedule the interview and assist as necessary in the offer process.

How much does this service cost?

• Because we work on a contingent basis, you only pay us after you hire our candidate.
• The contingent fee is a flat percentage of the candidate’s starting salary. Bonuses, relocation allowances, and/or stock options are not included in the fee calculation, only the starting salary.

No risk at all?

• That’s right! We provide an unconditional 90 day guarantee on all of our permanent placements. You are able to judge the performance on all of our candidates for 90 days. If for any reason our candidate does not work out for you in the first 90 days, we will replace this candidate at no charge.
